One of these is the Butler-Jackson House, a notable Everett banker who erected it in 1911. The area also has the Evergreen Arboretum and Gardens. South Forest Park Neighborhood

East of View Ridge-Madison and immediately south of the Port Gardner area lies the South Forest Park community.
